1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within [7 / 10 / 14] days of delivery
  • The product should not fall under non-returnable categories (listed below)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned at the time of purchase)
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone mentioned on our website
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

Please note that processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead
  • Replacement requests are applicable only for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
  • In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by Dakshit Ventures

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

9. Policy Abuse

Dakshit Ventures reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Repeated return requests are made without valid reasons
  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering
